Trustworthy AI FOR Human Co-Prosperity

글로벌 인류공영 AI 포럼 2026이 오는 6월 12일 서울 대한상공회의소 국제회의장에서 개최된다.

Global Humanity Public AI Forum 2026 will be held at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Conference Hall in Seoul on June 12.

이번 포럼은 ‘인류공영을 위한 신뢰 가능한 AI(Trustworthy AI for Human Co-Prosperity)’를 주제로, 인공지능 기술 발전과 인간 중심 가치의 조화를 모색하는 국제적 논의의 장으로 마련된다.

천지일보(대표이사 이상면)가 주최하는 이번 행사는 약 300여 명의 국내외 전문가와 관계자들이 참석할 예정이며, AI 기술이 사회 전반에 미치는 영향이 확대되는 가운데 신뢰성과 윤리, 국제 협력의 중요성을 중심으로 심도 있는 논의가 진행된다.

포럼은 개회식에 이어 총 3개 세션으로 구성된다. 제1세션 ‘글로벌 AI 거버넌스: 인류공영을 위한 협력기반 구축’에서는 국가 간 협력과 제도적 틀 마련 방안을 논의한다. 제2세션 ‘인간 중심 가치: 윤리와 평화의 내재화’에서는 AI에 윤리와 평화의 가치를 어떻게 반영할 것인지에 대한 논의가 이어진다. 제3세션 ‘책임 있는 혁신: 신뢰 가능한 AI 설계와 산업화’에서는 기술 신뢰성 확보와 산업 적용 전략이 주요 의제로 다뤄진다.

이번 포럼에는 다양한 국가의 전문가들이 참여해 글로벌 시각을 더한다. 벨기에 출신의 앤디 버마웃(Andy Vermaut)은 EU 기후협약 대사이자 세계공공외교위원회 의장으로서 국제 협력 기반의 AI 거버넌스 방향을 제시할 예정이다. 인도 최대 다학제 교육기관인 MERI 재단의 라릿 아갈알(Lalit Agarwal) 부이사장은 다학제 교육과 평화 가치 확산 측면에서 AI의 역할을 강조한다. 시진핑 주석이 주목한 중국 Li Haonan(李灏楠) 시멍 테크놀로지 CEO는 청년 창업가로서 신흥 AI 산업 트렌드를 공유할 계획이다.

Under the theme of “Trustworthy AI for Human Co-Prosperity,” the forum will be a venue for international discussions seeking to harmonize artificial intelligence technology development and human-centered values.

Hosted by the Cheonji Ilbo (CEO Lee Sang-myeon), about 300 domestic and foreign experts and officials will attend the event, and in-depth discussions will be held focusing on reliability, ethics and the importance of international cooperation amid the expansion of the impact of AI technology on society as a whole.

Following the opening ceremony, the forum will consist of a total of three sessions. The first session “Global AI Governance: Establishing a Foundation for Cooperation for Humanity” will discuss ways to cooperate between countries and establish an institutional framework. The second session “Human-Centered Values: Internalization of Ethics and Peace” will be followed by discussions on how to reflect the values of ethics and peace in AI. In the third session “Responsible Innovation: Reliable AI Design and Industrialization,” securing technological reliability and industrial application strategies are dealt with as major agendas.

Experts from various countries participate in this forum to add a global perspective. Andy Vermaut, from Belgium, is the ambassador of the EU’s climate agreement and chairman of the World Public Diplomacy Committee, and will present the direction of AI governance based on international cooperation. Lalit Agarwal, vice president of the MERI Foundation, India’s largest multidisciplinary educational institution, emphasizes the role of AI in multidisciplinary education and spreading peace values. Li Haonan, CEO of Simeng Technology in China, plans to share emerging AI industry trends as a young entrepreneur.
